About the training:

Being able to explain and predict behaviors positions you to more effectively influence other people’s behavior and control your own. 
 
The Behavioral Elements assessment and Discovery session will help you to learn your own patterns of behavior to:
-    Identify your driving purposes
-    Close the gaps in your decision-making
-    Capitalize on your motivations
-    Transform your habits
-    Achieve your personal and professional goals

And quickly and accurately assess the patterns of others, in order to:
-    Develop better communication
-    Foster shared understanding
-    Improve personal and professional relationships
-    Reduce conflict
-    Build stronger and more collaborative teams.
 
Awareness of your behavioral drives is the first step toward empowering more purposeful and productive actions. 

About the trainer:
 
Marius Botoș has been a JCI member since 2015. As an organizational development consultant, trainer, coach, and Behavioral Elements Certified Guide specializing in strategy, leadership, and effective communication, he helps professionals and teams enhance their clarity, confidence, and impact. 

With over 18 years of experience in entrepreneurship, community development, and program facilitation, he has founded successful organizations and businesses in Romania and Luxembourg, led international teams, contributed to organizing events with thousands of participants across Europe, and coordinated internationally recognized projects.
