About the training:
Culture is something hard to control, even in hierarchical organizations. Based on a set of norms and customs, it constantly evolves as it compounds what each new member brings to a team. Today, organizational culture has evolved beyond traditional declarations and banners into a lively ecosystem, a way of doing business and co-living. It is intimately related to a company’s vision statement, and it is the priority number one mission of business leaders to live it, impersonate it, and propagate it. Modern leaders are purpose-driven and understand how to leverage these core values while preserving their essence with agility and adaptability.
Explore how neuroscience explains, and how storytelling serves the engagement of collaborators and, eventually, the success of complementary teams with a shared vision.

About the trainer:
Pascal Wiscour-Conter is an entrepreneur, speaker, writer, and enthusiast from Luxembourg who spent 20 years abroad, notably in Monaco, California, and New York. He started in finance, shifted towards entrepreneurship at age 24 with the launch and development of the Luxembourg maritime registry for megayachts. To manage these complex vessels he later developed dedicated software. He fell into the world of startups and discovered storytelling and evangelism. Pascal went on to set up a writers room within the entertainment industry, as well as some real estate activities. Today, he is faculty and head of strategic development at HEC Liège Luxembourg, an executive school offering MBA programs.

Pascal’s business development and strategy background, the resulting passion for authentic communication, inspiring leadership, and disruptive thinking, have forged his unique views on how individuals, corporations, and communities could exchange and communicate in more meaningful and authentic ways. Committed to sharing with an impact, serving teams and their well-being, sustainable business growth, ultimately enhancing mutual understanding and natural integration of communities. Pascal facetiously does so under his own “Pascalogy“ brand.
