Candidates and Potential Candidates from JCI Luxembourg: 10€
 
Fee does not include dinner, each participant is responsible to pay for their meal

About the training:
In order to achieve JCI’s mission to create positive change around the world, JCI members run projects following the JCI Action Framework creating sustainable impact in their communities. This course goes over the basic components of project management related to planning, executing and evaluating projects. Participants will develop their skills to create a project statement, define clear objectives, identify and target meaningful partnerships, plan action steps and evaluate a project’s success.

About the trainer:
Alexandra joined JCI in 2015, and won ‘Most Outstanding New Member’ after her first year. She became Romania’ youngest JCI senator in 2019 and by the time she became Vice President this year (2023), Alexandra already had many leadership roles in JCI Romania, including National President. She served as a European Development Councilor for Intensive Support and lead the foundation for the European #ReStart program. Alexandra is also a member of the Group of European Youth for Change and part of the elected board of the union of Public Function – Europa, as Political Security Advisor.
 
Everything that Alexandra does serves her purpose of challenging and inspiring people to break boundaries, so that they can reach their full potential. She is a certified Chartered Accountant, and has over 13 years’ experience in finance. She also has extensive experience in project management, team leadership, facilitating workshops, coaching and mentoring. After leaving her accounting family business in 2021, Alexandra is now working for the European Parliament and resides in Luxembourg, being also an EU Career ambassador.
